The Ins And Outs of How We Do Business

  • How should I prepare for cleaning day?
    Just make sure that things like laundry, toys, and other items are picked up and out of the way. Animals should be secured. Have an office? Paperwork should be put to one side of the desk so we can clean as much of it as possible. We can do a much better job in the time allotted if we can focus on cleaning. Our goal is to provide the best service at the lowest cost to you.
  • Do I need to be there when you clean?
    Not necessarily. It's totally up to you if you want to be home or not. Whichever works best for you will work for us.
  • What kinds of cleaners do we use?
    We use only cleaning products that are non-toxic and biodegradable. They are wonderfully fragrant and work very well. We think your home should be clean and healthy. If you prefer that we use your own products, just leave them out and available. If you have allergies or need a specific filter, please leave out your own vacuum cleaner.
  • How do I pay?
    Cash, Credit Card or through Zelle / Chase Quickpay. Payment is due at the time of the service.
  • Who will be coming to clean?
    There will usually be a crew of 3 or 4 professional cleaners. One will be a lead for the company. We will try our best to have the same cleaners in your home for each cleaning.
  • How do you charge?
    After an estimate/quote has been given, the price of the cleaning + tax will be passed and charged according to the client response, unless other arrangements have been made. The fees will not change, unless the tasks change as well. We will monitor the time spent in your home; if we are going over the time agreed on a regular basis, or under it, the fees will also be adjusted accordingly and a new rate + tax will go into effect.
  • What if I need additional work done?
    It is always best to make arrangements ahead of time. We may schedule multiple services close together, which may not leave enough time for extra work without advance notice. We are happy to accommodate you with any of the items listed on the "Deep Cleaning" list. Please note the additional time will be added to your overall cleaning time.
  • How do we guarantee our work?
    If you are not happy with any part of our service, just call us within 24 hours of our visit and we will be happy to return and make corrections without any additional cost to you. It’s as simple as that.
